One of the biggest bonus' of living on the East Coast and dealing with its brutal winters is being able to accumulate a fun jacket collection (although my husband isn't as excited about it as i am). Here are a few of my favorites that i have, want or just love...

This poncho from swell.com is a fun layering piece for me. i actually wear it under my jackets and it ends up being an unexpected surprise but also practical since it will keep you warm.

I have this BB Dakota jacket in the brown color. It is pretty warm and just so pretty to look at. Every time i where it i get a ton of compliments on it.

I have a serious obsession with army jackets. I got a camo one from J. Crew a few years ago that i LOVE and just came across this one which is also amazing. i love to throw on a fur vest over them to add a bit of funk.

A fun fur vest to throw on over the army jacket or a little dress or tee. This one is from Urban Outfitters and so affordable.

My girlfriend from WESC gave me this down jacket last year and it is beyond warm and i love the way it looks.

Another thing you will find a lot of in my closest is leopard! LOVE it. This Free People swing coat was amazing over the sequin dress i wore over Christmas.

I know about 5 chicks that ran to Target to get this little fur jacket. It looks so good on and is every rock and roll.

As much as i would love to be back in California in shorts and a tank, i would definitely miss wearing these fun pieces... i am sure in a few weeks tho I'll be singing a different tune!
