The latest spring fashions will light up the runway at The Westchester April 12-13 during Simon Fashion Now®, presented by White Plains Hospital, the first stop of a national tour designed and presented by Simon Property Group (NYSE-SPG), the country’s largest owner, developer and manager of high-quality real estate.
Simon Fashion Now® offers a vibrant mix of accessible, luxurious and affordable style for men, women and children and the ability for shoppers to purchase straight from the runway.
Swag Bags: The first 150 guests to register with simon.com on site at The Westchester each day will receive an exclusive Simon Fashion Now swag bag full of great gifts (while supplies last).
Friday, April 12
* 5 to 9 p.m. Trends and Friends Night – an evening of fashion, wine tasting and light bites. Exclusive deals, samplings, demos and consultations from: Anthropologie, Ann Fontaine, Crabtree & Evelyn, J. Jill, Urban Outfitters, Au Bon Pain, Godiva Chocolatier, P.F. Chang’s, Sofrito White Plains, Westchester Wine Warehouse, and others.
* 6:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. Runway fashion shows featuring: C. Wonder, LOFT, Anthropologie, Juicy Couture, True Religion Brand Jeans, HUGO BOSS Store and Brooks Brothers.
* 7 p.m. Ready, Set, Style! – selected audience members show off their personal styling chops during an on-stage competition with a chance to win an American Express® Simon Giftcard®.
Saturday, April 13
* Every hour 12 to 3 p.m. guests can register to win fabulous prizes from the mall’s premier retailers during the Runway Giveaway.
* 12 p.m. Design Wars - an interactive fashion competition featuring student designers from SUNY Westchester Community College and Westchester Fashion Academy for Children vying for top runway honors in this inspired version of runway reality. High school seniors from the Her Honor Mentoring Program will serve as models, showcasing couture looks created from dresses and gowns donated by Operation PROM and transformed by their student designers into a spectacular new custom creation.
* Beginning at 12 p.m. participants can indulge in complimentary Style Stops, where advice and insight into the season’s trends will be offered in an interactive format from Rebecca Taylor, Sephora, Tranquility Spa, Williams-Sonoma and more.
* 1, 2 & 3 p.m. Runway fashion shows featuring spring looks from: Nordstrom, Ann Taylor, Brighton Collectibles, Chico’s dELiA*s, Eileen Fisher, GAP/Baby GAP, Lilly Pulitzer, The North Face and more
* 1:30 p.m. Shoe trend show featuring: Aldo Shoes, Nine West and Sperry Top-Sider.
* 2:30 p.m. Ready, Set, Style! – selected audience members show off their personal styling chops during an on-stage competition with a chance to win an American Express® Simon Giftcard®.
